Head Volleyball Coach​

Coach Weber joined the Lady Vikings Volleyball Team as Head Coach in January 2015. Since then he has been able to grow to the team through positive reenforcements with the team's members as well as getting the community and the members parent's more involved. Since joining NL Coach Weber has enacted the Military Night Fundraiser, which reaches out to all Servicemembers to come and be honor.  Coach Weber also created Adopt A Family program which helpes families over the Holidays with a Christmas meal as well as gifts for all family members.  

 

Before coming to Northern Lebanon Coach Weber was a volunteer girls volleyball Coach at Conestoga Valley High School from 92-94, Head Boys Volleyball Coach at Lancaster Mennonite High School from 94-97, Cedar Crest Girls Volleyball Coach from 05-12 and started a boys program at New Covenant Christian School and is also currently working as Director of Volleyball with Twelv2Athlete. He truly cares about the girls on his team and wants them to succeed in all aspect of their lives as they go through High School and look toward their futures. 

 

Coach Weber started his playing career at Cocalico High School where he earned a spot on the Lancaster/Lebanon League Allstar Team in 92.   While participating in several mens power leagues he also played USVBA for the AA Weaver Markets Tournament Team for over 15 years. He now resides in Lebanon with his wife and three children.
